NJD Dub Siren Clone

The long-awaited dub siren is finally here! 

We were lucky enough to be able to reverse-engineer an original NJD dub siren and now you can build your own. This kit comes with everything required to make a functioning copy of the original and it fits perfectly in a Hammond 1550C (G113) enclosure which can be supplied with the kit (see drop-down menu). Lee Scratch Perry, Jah Shaka, Mikey Dread and King Tubby are some of the many artists who incorporated this iconic dub siren sound in their performances.

This circuit is made with discrete components, just like the original. We also provide assembly instructions and a drill template for the optional 1550C enclosure. 

Power can be supplied via the 2.1 x 5.5mm socket (9V DC centre-positive), and/or PP3 9V battery snap. Inserting a power supply into the DC socket disconnects the battery to prevent damage.
