5V relay module for Arduino and other microcontroller projects
This module has 8 x 5V changover relays with the option of using them through optocouplers. There is an LED for each relay to indicate when it has been activated.
The relay allows the low current microprocessor outputs to switch higher currents and voltages. With the optocouplers it fully isolates the live side of the relays from your microprocessor, this will require a seperate 5V supply to power the relays.
