This voltage regulator uses the XL6009 (succesor to the LM2577) to make a very efficient DC-DC converter. It can take a 5V to 32V DC input and it will output between 5V and 35V DC at up to 4A. The voltage is set with the small built-in potentiometer. Surprisingly low noise despite being a boost converter.
